Embracing the Real YOU

I wore a mask each day 
To conform with societal standards
I screamed but no one heard
My deepest desire buried under ground



When no one understands but yourself
Hopes and aspirations faded
Love for you never know 
With time they'll accept your flaws



So long as the bamboo lives on Earth
The air never tires to provide
Keep on moving for time will come
When you love yourself, the universe loves you back

Sisigaw tayo, iiyak ng taimtim, papatak ang maraming luha, magtatanong kung may nakakaunawa, at maaring mag-iisip na wakasan na ang lahat.
