Tips for Depressed, Down People
At some point in our life, we have felt alone. There are times when all we want to do is Give up, Quit the fight and Stay quiet. But would that be too selfish? It surely is. Instead of wallowing in deep self-pity and feeling down and depress, there's much you can do. Here are some tips to do: 1. Pursue your Passion. Revisit what it is that you want in life. Teach the kids, educate young minds, do artistic craft, dance, sing and laugh. Whatever it is that make you happy, find time to do it. It doesn't matter that you are far from perfect execution, for as long as you love doing it. 2. Surround yourself with Positive people. You may have been driving away good and close friends from your circle. You fought with your parents or family members. Go back to their arms, you certainly need a hug from family and friends.
